Mike More is a serial entrepreneur with over 18 years experience in the music industry. Prior to
founding Nabbr, Mike founded a highly successful music production and publishing company. Mike's
companies worked with a wide range of artists such as Don Henley, Britney Spears and Garth Brooks selling
over 20 million CDs worldwide. Mike is a voting member of the Producers & Engineers wing of NARAS.
Bill Cromie has been with Nabbr since its inception. Typical of his Gen-Y generation, Bill
is an early adopter and lives and breathes all things Web 2.0. A graduate of NYU, he brings over 10
years of software development experience, having started programming while still in high school. At Nabbr,
Bill leads the software team in its continual development of the core widget platform. Previously, Bill designed
software systems for the real estate development market.

Zeeshan Zaidi has held numerous creative and business roles, including VP of New Ventures for Sony BMG Music Entertainment,
VP of Digital Business Operations for the RCA Music Group, Director of M&A for Bertelsmann, and Sr. Director of Marketing at
Arista Records, where he helped develop artists such as Avril Lavigne, Usher, Pink and OutKast. Zeeshan has an MBA from Harvard
Business School, a JD from Harvard Law School, a BA in Economics from Harvard College, and is admitted to the New York State bar.

Richard L. Fields is a Managing Director of Allen & Company LLC, where
for the past 21 years he has been active in mergers and acquisitions, principal investments, and private and public financings. Mr. Fields
also serves as a director of MusicGremlin, Inc. and of the Telecommunications Development Fund. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School,
an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Steve Greenberg is President of S Curve Records, based in New York, which he founded in 2000.
S Curve has had great success with a wide range of projects, including releases from such artists as Joss Stone and
Fountains of Wayne. S Curve's first release," Who Let the Dogs Out" by Baha Men, sold over four million albums
worldwide and earned Steve a 2001 Grammy Award in the Best Dance Recording category as producer.

Kenneth Siskind Director |

Kenneth M. Siskind is a Managing Director of Allen & Company LLC, where he focuses on investment banking advisory services and principal investing
in media and Internet companies. Mr. Siskind joined Allen & Company in 1998 after received his MBA from the University of Chicago. Previously, Mr. Siskind was employed
by Morgan Stanley & Co. in its investment banking department and received his BA from Tufts University.

Michael Wolfson is the founder and Chief Creative Officer of Rocket Fuel, a social media and digital
consulting company. Michael has been a creative leader and interactive innovator/instigator across his career.
Prior to Rocket Fuel, Michael spent six years at AOL in many roles. As VP of Programming and Creative Development,
Michael founded a Special Programming Unit that launched more than 30 web programs and platforms, most notably
“Gold Rush” (which Michael executive produced with Mark Burnett Productions) and the groundbreaking “Live8 on AOL”,
for which Michael received the first ever “Internet” Emmy.
